★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It would have been definately good and I would have rated 5 *, if they would have completed the previous projects on time ...... still no satisfactory reasons provided for the delay of Rise Organic Homes where I have invested my hard earned money !!! Every actually need to think , get detailed financial information and then invest here !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rise Square Mall is the next one stop destination which will cater the needs of the residents in the surroundings of Noida Extension. There is no such happening project in the vicinity. Definitely a good project to invest.

He did not completed his previous projects.
And also black listed from many banks.
I had very bad experience.all his previous staff left the office. Now when ever I go to rise office from last 1and 1/5 year they assured me to start project .but they did not.
Beware of such cheaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a victim of Rise Project- Organic Ghar, I request to not throw your money. Infact I would suggest to buy ready to move instead of Under Construction.
In Delhi NCR no builder is trustworthy. They will show you a dream home which will be in your dreams only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my suggestion to all customer who are willing to purchase property in NCR not to visit Rise Group. All projects of Rise Group are in bad condition. No progress. Only lie/false promises
No progress at all on project site in the last 2 Year,
Yes I am talking about sky bungalow, Organic Home and Organic Ghar NH-24. Worse decision of option for organic ghar from rise group. So please think once, twice or how many time you guys wants.
No labor, no work, no clarity. Genuine buyers hard earned money stuck. On asked for schedule of construction, timelines, financial status of project, escrow account details for project- Builder had no answer for the buyers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor security Management for parking lot. Went to the food court there last week. As I came back, my bike's lock was broken that too in broad daylight. I was back within 20 minutes. When complained to their security head sitting there only.. he was least bothered. Would like to advise visitors to take care of their vehicles yourself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud builder, only launching new projects but not completed a single project yet. Any positive comment here is only by employees of rise project. So anybody if thinking about investment in any of the project from this builder, please try to search out some other ready to move projects. The builder has collected money from organic homes and organic ghar buyers and invested in his other launched projects. Till date, this builder has not completed a single project and work has stopped on all the sites.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of buying anything with Rise , I am stucked I booked shop in June 2019, UG 04 . THEN They will plan every non ethical tactic to extract more money from you then what deal
has been closed ..After 4 months they charged me for Shop corridor as well.CRM or Sales team will not respond to any of your queries ..infact they will not meet you , they will put some other person ,so that he can now ask for more money in name of anything .So beware of getting in to trap
