Unskilled labor, they don't the actual cause in vehicle. Staff is irresponsible about customer and aslo service.
Last from 2 years I was doing servicing here, but last from 3-4 months I am observing that, they don't need to satisfy customer requirement and don't worries about customer. Last from 6 months, I noticed that vibration are occurred in vehicle, when asked them they replaced swing arm bush. Very illogical action taken by team.
Last time when I visited, no one was ready to talk at least.
Strong recommend to all yamah bikers, please avoid service here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Fraud people. Best at doing money fraud to individuals. Forces customer to make extra down-payment and then refuse to pay back extra amount. Also bad at service. Given me less featured bike and charged extra money. I would suggest not to purchase any bike from such peoples. Given one star but they even don't deserve single star. Third class service. Don't deserve rating also...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a new (high end expensive) bike from here on which all over India there is free helmet and bike cover.
They provided me used helmet (atleast 1 month used along with filthy,dirty and wrong small bike cover which is of not my bike.
After not accepting and returning both to them ,they first said that we will provide you new one after one week but later on they clearly denying.Now they saying that we don't provide anything for free.(This to inform you that theirsales executive had PROMISED at the time of booking that there will be free items for all customers on this bike).
It doesn't bother me cuz anyway I don't use both products but still before visiting this place Keep this in Mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice and friendly staff. Asked for a quotation from here for a vehicle a few days ago. Would have loved to have test driven the vehicle though. I understand that they do not have any extra showroom piece to ride. Will keep you updated if I buy from here in a while.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just been there recently and I was surprised that there was no test ride available for a couple of bikes that were on display. Example: FZ-X. The sales guy was well mannered but could not have me intrigued. I have had a similar experience in this showroom about 8 years back when I was planning to buy a scooter. I went for TVS instead of Yamaha that time and this time also I will NOT be going for Yamaha. Thanks to this showroom and their enthusiasm (lack thereof) , I can't imagine the after sales service! I then went to Suzuki and Aprilia showrooms in PCMC and they were far better than this

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scratches are there is n my speedometer when I gave my bike for servicing. Sunil Bhakt is the executive who has no manners how to treat customers and services. These guys has no work ethics. No one should go here. These guys charged 3k rs and did nothing as such. It's my request to Yamaha to please look into the matter or else atleast make your employees learn how to talk with the valuable customers and I would recommend the users of bike to not go with Yamaha and Rishaan Motors as the spare parts are like hell and has no quality as was with yamaha before. Thank you Yamaha and Rishaan Motors. Was a great service from Team Yamaha?
