It may lack modern amenities like a club house, swimming pool etc, but makes by having plenty of open space and a huge lawn for children to play. One doesn’t get cluster phobic feeling while entering the complex. You are greeted by an open lawn and lots of free space. On festive days the residents along with the society management contribute towards the celebrations. It brings out a very personal and a homely feeling.
The apartment are well made and structurally strong (it has survived two earthquakes). Location is very central.
