★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TOO MUCH CASUAL & NEGLIGENCE ABOUT PUBLIC HEALTH. ONCE IN BLUE MOON THEY USE TO PUSH BELCHING POWDER , MOSQUITO FOGGING OR MOSQUITO CLEANING OILS AT OPEN DRAINS & SANITATION LINES. WHATS A HORRIBLE POSITION OF PEOPLE AT RISHRA. WHERE DAY TO DAY SEVERAL DECEASES ARE INCREASING, EVERY YEAR DEATH BY DENGUE OR MALARIA, SO, WHAT KIND OF GOOD PEOPLE ARE THERE??
I WISH WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION(WHO) WILL VISIT THESE SUBURBAN TOWNS & MAKE REPORT TO CENTRAL GOVT. I WANT TO SEE POSITION OF THOSE GOVT. EMPLOYEES WORKING AT TOP POSITION OF MUNICIPALITY AFTER SURVEY & REPORT OF WHO.
EACH & EVERY YEAR PEOPLE OF RISHRA ARE FIGHTING & SUFFERING BY WATER LOGGING, DRAINAGE OVERFLOW WITH DIRTY WASTE WATER & DENGUE, MALARIA OTHERS.
THEY ARE NEGLECTING THEIR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rishra municipality is an old building which has been renovated as per the theme of the current government.
The building is big from outside and inside.
It used to be red in colour until the new rule forced them to change it to white and blue
Inside there is a huge space that is no where near organised.
You'll find documents scattered here and there.
People will help you but you need to be patient with their work habits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice municipality and very clean. Staff and employees are we'll behaved. All works are done in minutes or asap. The watchman and receptionist are also good and always guide in good way. The chairman is also good and easily available for meeting. Very clean and we'll connected to road.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rishra Municipality needs to scrutinize the work environment in Subhas Nagar Hospital. People are getting mentally harassed by Doctors, especially Dr. MINA MANDAL(Gynecologist). She just declined to consult my wife due to disagreement on my next baby plan. Other clerk's behavior was not like public service. It seems people are begging and they can simply decline.

"No name plate on the table or Out side the room for Authority & his Designation Name".
So you will be confuse and rome from here to there to know the exact place where you want to go.
No basic service available easy like drinking water and washroom.
Not much cooperative Staff.
Most of the time you will get INCOMPLETE-INFORMATION so that you have to suffer again and again.
Chairman vigay sagar mishra is good and helpful person but not the most of the staffs here.
They need to make there "APP" by that people can do their most of the communication online.
