★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Amazing! Yoga class and Jiya ma'am was very attentive. Ensuring that I was properly doing each pose and that I was getting the maximum out of the class. One of the best classes and yoga studios I have been to.It has been 1 month now when i joined and feeling very good and effective. Her directions are clear and precise so you’re not looking up to check you’re doing the right thing, and she’s very observant, constantly checking you’re positioning. Her classes are truly for all levels, and although you’ve worked hard you’ll somehow come out relaxed. If you attend regularly it is more of a course moving though different focuses which I love, adding new techniques every week to get more from each pose as you progress, as well as exploring new ones. Thank u so much and hoping for more best results soon..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jiya - She is not just a triner. She takes every individual lernar as her responsibility. She is very observant and consistently checking you are positioning... The best part is might be you have done a hardwork in the yoga class however the relaxation you will feel after completing your class that matters. She quickly get to know about the strength of a lernar and set the gola how to gide and what to guide. She let's you know how far to go in each and every single position of yoga. For many people it's just a profession but I personally believe that she is doing a great job by spreading this positive attitude of yoga and spreading the healthy life for each and every single person nearby who have joined the class.
Keep it up Jiya. Great job!

The special meditation classes are worth mentioning and are superb.
After joining the classes, yoga has become an integral activity of my day and it helps in improving the mental peace and flexibility in the body.
