★ ★ ★ ★ ★ খুব বাজে ম্যানেজমেন্ট।কোনো দায়িত্ব নেই।।আমি সকালে গিয়ে নাম লিখয়েছি।সন্ধে বেলা গিয়ে 50 টাকা দিয়ে দিয়েছি।।টোকেন নিয়েছি।বলেছিলাম একটু ডক্টর আসলে ইনফর্ম করতে।বললো হা হা করে দেব।আসে পাশেই থাকুন।না পারলে না বলতো।আমিঝরে আটকে ছিলাম।পরে গিয়ে বললে বলে আমাদের কোনো দায়িত্ব নেই।একটা মেডিক্যাল এ কাজ করা লোক এই ভাবে বলতে পারে?এমার্জেন্সী রুগী ।।হাত ভাঙা।প্রথম ডক্টর দেখাতো।তাদের কি সুধু 50 টাকা টোকেন এর জন্য নেওয়া অব্দি ই শেষ?বাকি টা আপনারা ভাবুন আসবেন কি না।
Very bad management. There is no responsibility. I went in the morning and wrote the name. In the evening I paid 50 rupees. I took the token. I was stuck. We have no responsibility to say later. A person working in a medical can say this way? Emergency patient .. Broken hand. The first doctor would show it. Think about it or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You have to pay Rs.20 when receive your sl no. This money will be adjust when you buy medicine from Ritam pharmacy, so you have to buy medicine from Ritam Pharmacy otherwise you willlost your Rs 20. This is very bad system to pressurized you to buy medicine from their own medicine shop.
