★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PLEASE BE AWARE The proprietor of this agency isn’t a reliable broker. In my personal experience, he’s come across as a person who cannot be trusted for anything I.e. service or promises or for that matter even the brokerage you agree. This broker doesn’t stick to his promises or comments. It’ll so happen that he’ll lure you into believing an unexpected deal for your property so that you don’t lose contact & after months of chasing, he’ll finally make you settle for way lesser than the prevailing market price for your property. It doesn’t finish there, he’ll change the brokerage amount in the last minute, just before he lets you meet the buyer (at this point, the meeting with the buyer is already arranged & he knows the seller won’t back out after months of waiting and traveling long distances). In my case, he made me travel all the way from Andheri to Dombivali at 9pm without uttering a single word about brokerage & minute before the meeting he changed the brokerage. I am so regretting the decision to have agreed with him because thereafter he didn’t even bothered doing the core work of an agent. He doesn’t even know the whole process, rely heavily on the seller agents or third party who he involves in the later stage when he has to recover the money from the buyer. It took me entire 4 months to get my full payments for the property I sold through this broker because I had to sell it urgently but it never served the purpose since I still had to borrow funds for my financial commitments. When I discussed the financial challenges & losses I incurred because of the delay from this broker & mentioned about our initial agreement of brokerage, he lost it all on me. Yelling over the phone & started talking everything which if you are raised in a decent family then you usually won’t like to hear & hence, I paid him for what he asked for & not what we mutually had agreed. He is not a trust worthy person & try to stay as away from him as possible because he’s not a good person. He’ll take a duplicate copy of your flat keys without your knowledge & use it anytime he wants & if you confront, he’ll make all the noise around his image & why it’s important to make duplicate key. His acts are clearly questionable beyond doubts & he’s not to be trusted in any given scenario
