★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the best cosmetic shop i found in jabalpur. But the service is not so good. I don't have any personal grudges from any of the member of this shop but an incident made me take this step to write a review. I had chosen a chocolate brown shade of lipstick from tester i havent checked the shade no. But the lakme assistant on that shop gave ne the wrong shade of lipstick(it was total brown by thw view but i was of magenta colour when i applied on the hand when i was back to my home) Next day when I complained in the shop about the product. She simply disagreed that she had done that mistake. I didnt want to change the lipstick coz it had been used by me. But atleast she must agree that she had done mistake. That is the reason why online shopping is growing rapidly. If you'll become rude towards your customer it means ur downfall is near.
