★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst experience of buying flat from Ritu infra at naigaon under project name of Ritu gardenia ..this people are sitting there to loot customer ..without taking possession have been forced to pay electricity bill. It is almost 7 year completed still no possession is given ..builder has fail to obtain OC .. without OC forcing us to take possession and asking money ..don't ever attenmp to buy property from this builder ..
