★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm using this platform to speak about this online clothing brand which shows good reputation publicly but on backstage sincerely needs improvement in client transactions.
I bought handful of articles from her in the past and received satisfactorily respons as there was no size or other issues but the recent deal was a big disappointment and I get to know about her
She sent me wrong sizes of my complete order of three articles placed on 20th June.
Anyone can check her live session showcased on 20th June where she has not mentioned anywhere to place the order according to slim fit or regular fit sizes. She sent me 40/42 slim fit sizes instead of ordered 42/44 regular fit outfits.
I understand that her showcased articles stocks out quickly but when the fault was from her end,she could show some way to adjust the money, if not giving 100% refund.
I returned all the articles and informed her clearly before its dispatch and bear the courier charges of Rs 250/-) but she refused to accept denying it was not well informed and redispatched back to my address.
I had no choice now but have to kept those articles worth Rs.4345/- which is a total waste.I bought 2 sets for my mother and one for myself.
She is not a reliable source and manipulate things as per her own convenience.Kindly place your orders, if you still want to,keeping yourself safe with written proof and images.
I have blocked her business contact forever.
