Later i called in next week to give me an appointment she again told first i wil check for my clients nd told me to call on next day itself i asked her please confirm me today only she spoke very rudely and told u can do from other place v won't be able to serve..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth it. Questionable hygiene, same towels are used for multiple customers, staff is unprofessional, always in a hurry to get done with the services. Dont get fooled by the so called packages everything is done hurriedly. Even the reviews seems paid. No wonder they are always offering discounts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was good. But the ambience was not satisfactory and maintenance of place was not proper. It was not as clean as it needs to be in a parlour. The towels which were given for wiping face, had hairs in it. And they are very fastidious and we do not get that relaxed feel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had been here for my bridal service and this lady gave me a package double the regular price just on the name of pre bridal package. Though the staff is good but i din't find the service worth. Won't really recommend anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rituals Spa & Salon is a full-service beauty salon. Staff is very friendly & perfect in their work.Without wasting much time I've never waited in the queue. Proper hygiene is maintained with the towels & changing clothes. Facials & clean ups are the best to be done at Rituals. I would anytime suggest Rituals.
