★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My worst experience till date with this shop. In fact, I didn't want to write a negative review, but I don't want anyone else to be fooled like I was fooled. I wanted to make a nameplate for my house so I went to their shop. After seeing a lot of nameplates, I finalized a customized nameplate. They showed me the material from their display. The owner of this Shop Mrs. Ritu Tambe told me while booking that the exactly same material I will get. When I went to get the delivery of nameplate, the material was not at all same, the thickness of the material was not same which she showed me neither she told me while the time of booking that I will get different size of material. When I tried to told her, the shop owner Mrs. Ritu Tambe was speaking very rudely. Even though I called the middle person who sent me in that shop for nameplate, she kept on talking rudely and shouting all the time. All call recordings are saved for proof. She was changing her words faster than the lizard changing her colours. She was not ready to listen my point at all. She was blaming me all the times. Eventually I paid the rest amount and brought the nameplate. I felt like my 6000/ - was literally wasted. And the material was different which I got from her. I told her to check your cctv footage at the time of booking the nameplate then she said it is not working. That day I learned that if you deal with some one like her get everything written or video recorded. If no one wants to waste their money, don't go to that shop and if you do, keep an audio or video recording of what you say or finalize when you book some items...

? Got golden acrylic letters that breaks while pasting (1st image).
? Ordered second time which was broken letter. The quality & colour is too dull and cheaper than before (2nd image).
? While asking them “WHY ?” they said, “WE CAN'T ENTERTAIN YOU ANYMORE..”
Waste of Money & Time as well. Very Disappointed ?
