★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's really massive place at the ridges of the reservoir. Completely widespread with greenery and vineyards. Villa's are totally sophisticated and hygienic. I'll frankly recommend to either cook your own food or fetch it by nearby eatery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I will never recommend this place to anyone because of the following reasons:
1. Not safe for girls ??
2. Away from Nashik city. No auto, no cab, nothing.
3. The host, Miss Priya, was so arrogant on call and she was even not present at the campsite/ later, we came to know that she lived away from the camp. She even not informed us that there was only one camp made for Us. (No other bookings and continuous raining ).?
4. Very costly. (Pay almost RS. 2500 for one tent even it has holes for 12 hours and continuous raining and mosquitoes as well )
5. They charged you more for the food and didn't provide it. (Caretaker prepared just Poha without salt. No one Lunch and dinner even we have ordered it five times). Very disappointed.??
6. No electricity. Even we cannot charge phone.
The only nice thing was the greenery, birds, and lake view.

1. It is not hygiene as you can find stains on bed and awful smell in room.
2.I visited in June 21 and the area was filled with flies and insects ,however the care taker sprinkled some powder on table after which the insects were found less
3. They charge you more for the food
4.There are 4 rooms out of which 3 have attached bathroom, 2 rooms are on ground floor and 2 are on top (access is from outside the house)
This property is at a very pleasant location and can be much better if the above points are taken care, the Care taker is really good.
Kids will enjoy the location as there is good lawn area to play and the location is near by to water bank.
