I had been tricked by Sale Representative to sell their property and I want people within and outside the “GODREJ COMPANY” should know!!!
Their project is good, but marketing strategy is Disingenuous. They make an offer against chosen flat as available with the demand for instant payment to RESERVE but when the contract comes to agreement presents contradictory language that effectively nullifies the booked flat for which they have already taken card payment prior any documentation presented, nor payment receipt is provided subsequently.
When I asked them to refund straight away to the same mode of payment, they try to play marketing tricks like “why don’t you invest in our other projects which are coming up soon”.
However, on my demand, responded to refund but again have no specific time-frame and ideally this should be done within 3-5 working days. This is so frustrating to keep track of!
Think and check before you are caught in their trap and save yourself from unnecessary headache because I feel there was an extremely poor communication with a customer keeping integrity and an honest intent to do a fair deal.
