★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst delivery service my shipment has been delayed by 3 days and moreover the shipment was in waiting at the hub for 3 days total delay in shift was 1 week this is the worst service they will provide.I suggest not to use this courier service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services provided by this transporter . Actual maal came from Delhi it is cooling at vizag autonagar rivigo office for 3 days. At the time of booking they said ₹800 for door delivery. Wen it came to vizag Mr. Raghavendra now said, they are charging ₹1470 as door delivery charges if not paid stock will be returned soon, if at booking point they have said to my supplier I would have book at VRL as usual. From nxt time onward I insist to my supplier pls don't send by this transporter as it increases unncessary cost of product.

They will book TO PAY material as PAID and then follow some unnneccassary processes to harass you and your customer.
If you dont want to hamper your production, better dont use there service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Logistics. Web site looks rich but very un proficienate. Delivery takes 40 days. OMG 6 owners giving over show in the website. Not doing minimum job as website. Specially Vizag Branch really the worst courier services. A risksha wala can do better deliver than Rivigo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service ever. In Visakhapatnam since 5 days ,they are showing out for delivery. You stay at home thinking that today courier will come. Later evening courier boy calls you ask for address, but won't come.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The godown didn't have proper facilities and not even a ramp to get down the bike, even though I paid for the bike to be delivered to home, I personally had to go and pick it up due to a lot of time delay. Was definitely a bad choice
