First and foremost thank you for making the arrangement and I believe you have done your utmost best and the rest is up to the people at the ground meaning the hotel arrangement and their services.
It was very good and everyone enjoyed the trip.

Someone picked up the call and upon asking is it Riya Tours and Travels, he replied, "Hmmmm" then I proceeded with my question about visa process to which he replied, " Abhi nhi hai, baad mein call karo lunch ke baad" (Translating: Not available now, call me later after lunch). Seriously WTH, this is how they behave to their customers.
why are you picking up the call if you can't attend the customers.
