It's horrible they made us wait almost 1.30 hrs. With out any attention towards us.
And the staffs are manner less and abuses each other

It was a most enjoyable trip. From the word go Ms Vinutha prasad who was handling us did a simply marvellous job. She coordinated the trip meticulously and kept us posted throughout our trip. Everything went of like clockwork
We are indeed very grateful to her for this. Riya is on the top of our list for all future travels

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went on the Explorer Dream Cruise from Auckland, NZ to Sydney, Australia from 02 to 08 Feb 20.We flew malaysia airlines from residence BLR via KL to Auckland and back from Sydney.Spent few days in ACK before boarding ship and in Sydney after the cruise.All arrangements were made by Ms Vinutha Prasad, Asst Mgr Operations at Riya travels office, Arya Avenue, Opp JVV, Kammanhalli Main Road, Blr 560043.There was no glitches on the tour & everything went smoothly.Vinutha always had a positive attitude & sorted out queries promptly. She is an asset to your organisation & I would strongly recommend her services to my friends.Thankx you Vinutha for an enjoyable trip.
