★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rizvi Utopia project location is good access to all major transport facility middle of Western and Central railway,near to airport Mumbai University also near, in future get connected to metro also,.At present it is under construction in near future it will approach road connect with BKC and SLR bridge only disadvantage is it is near to Mithi River and in every monsoon water flooding in this area.and secondly surrounded by slum.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be ultra carefull if anyone planning to rent or buy property here as no lift since last 8 days which is absolute crazy staying with senior citizens. No water since yesterday night..we are suffering here..also sad to know they don't allow Tata sky connection so you have to use local brand evennif u don't like it.its rediculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is really a bad experience. Lift is not working since 7 days. Water supply stopped from 2 days. Facilities manager does not have answer to any problems of the building. Nobody seems to even care to get the facilities started in the building.

No tatasky allowed and jio fiber is not available in the building
Pros- Building is good , amenities started recently....!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a flat in C Wing on promise from the builder that it will be given for possession before December 2021 end. Once the initial amount was paid, they became incommunicado. Status of OC not known till date.

With swimming pool , garden , gym , club house , gamming zone
Basement parking , attractive lobby , spacious rooms also
