★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personally observed that RJ group has not compromised in Quality of materials used particularly the structure related where they used all premium branded viz JSW neo steels nd ACC cements for every part of work.
Fantastic design for ventilation and is well spacious.
Structure is laid on perfect foundations nd superb monitoring of quality from JLL group.
I feel happy to give my reviews nd Rating as 5*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I met these guys in Singapore HDFC Property Fair Expo 2019. The project specifications looked really good. Very straightforward people. I was contemplating to buy a 4BHK apartment in Bangalore, and their offering was the best in the said expo. Recommend them wholeheartedly.

I have been associated for good number of years with RJ and the hassle free process for customers with all due diligence and legal clearance in place. I would suggest everyone who is looking into buying their home to visit the RJ first and have a first hand experience of their service and the quality.

Please visit RERA and various courts for information on various litigations on this promoter and their default payments and contempt of court orders… Now recently the Japth/Attachment Order has been issued by the DC to attach the properties to recover the money.

Think about the money you invest.
The builder is saying the project is world class and best quality is used.
The material used are at least 8.5 years old and what is use of materials so old, so how can you say quality is good.
