Not good service, no receive call and no call back.. Out of 28 day, we can see your cable 20 days and remaining days getting error.. We are paying full amount for your service, so you have accountable for giving proper service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No internet connection for prolonged period at Khandala or even JSW Township. After multiple follow ups no resolution. Tried contacting the local technician directly, no professionalism and courtesy. Strongly recommend to not use their services. Office staff is very polite and prompt but if you are providing service, maintain your business properly. I'm going to launch a complaint on consumer forum, as my job is getting hampered everyday.
