โ โ โ โ โ Purchased wonder white marble from here but after Polishing the marble it was cracked from various places and cracks are increasing day by day and it absorbs every liquid if split on it by mistake also. worst place to buy marble came here because of its name but I was wrong

โ โ โ โ โ #Digital Fraud. Very poor experience. They will add commission to the tune of 200-500 RS in their software which they scan, in lieu of commissions to Agents, local people, or if you mention any name. Even when you proved to them this fraud, they still will continue same with. So dear customer- please be careful of digital fraud and expect you will end up paying 20-25% higher of market value after their great 40-60% discounts. You can check go with local people , then next day go alone without anyone see the difference. Magic ( you will save 25%). But if they recognize you they will start cheating you. Seemed like this policy is coming from top, sales executive cant really do anything.

โ โ โ โ โ Please be aware of digital fraud these people will do. Vistited their facility in Sep'21 and they really don't care about customer, agents are more important for them ( now I understand why Amazon is important). What I experienced- Agent will meet in their office and start showing you marble, they will automatically add RS. 100-200 in their software and will show you see this is our price. Try next day and send anyone else and meet their actual sales executive - prices it will show will be less by 100-200. They really are not interested in customer and will start adding architect, agent, local person commission. They claim we are transparent, yes in digital fraud. Even their sales directors are people who are like we will give money to agent and you have to take by adding it. You can try by this yourself, send different person, ask price for same thing/ with next day,(percentage everything will vary). Beware of these things and they way they treat customer by showing hospitality, they will spend 1000 Rs but will thug you lacs of rupees. Owners should see this, their brand will start depleting and one day it will come to ground because customer you treat are your biggest marketeer and agent takes money to thug customer.
