β β β β β I love this tech park. It has everything that you need. Independent office , cowrking space , food court , pub, Restraunt, gym, swimming pool , squash, tennis court ,running track , parlor, hospital, pharmacy, Amphitheatre, Art gallery n decent greenery.

A well maintained property with the amenities and several eating joints.
A good place to hang around or to eat out.
It's on Outer Ring Road, very near to Ecospace.

β β β β β Very perfect architecture which will really be fascinated to go ahead spend as much as time, specially in evening and night. The best part of this place that I like more that is swimming pool which locates on top floor of the building.

Architecture is so modern and beautifully setup.
Easily available for outsiders to visit the inside of the Eco world campus to hang out at the recreational area.
Rating 4* for the reason being traffic is way too much inside the RMZ Eco works campus and literally evening logout is hell.
The Bay is an executive lifestyle zone in RMZ Ecoworld comprising premium shopping, dining, health, sports and relaxation activities. Itβs a social hub for interaction open to both the RMZ Ecoworld users and visitors. The bay represents the edge of the work zone and the start of the leisure zone. In an ambience of style and enjoyment, work is more productive and the workplace becomes a place to look forward to.

β β β β β Lot of investment banks, IT companies lodged inside this park now taken over by Brookefields. It has a common road to Adarsh Palm meadow and other apartments. Has 2 major entrance.

The properties area is huge..well maintained..it has ample car parking ..it has spacious work stations...canteen facilities..excellent security systems..
Good place to take a stroll in area after lunch/ Dinner..
There are many eating options on the Ground Floor only drawback it closes by 11 so there are no eating options outside the buildings in the park.
Secondly even if you order online ..security will not allow delivery boy to Deliver inside the blgd.
