★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic service and products. Purchased a 50 litre per hour RO in April 2021 for Rs. 23,000. It has not worked for 3 out of the 5 months in service either because of membranes or filters. Finally was told water is not good. Which is ironic since that's the reason we got the RO installed.
50 Litre RO gave output of 12 litres on and off. Owner is very rude and non responsive. Puts the blame on the customer for the problems. Service time is 2 weeks minimum that too after continous follow up.
Avoid at all costs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Completely unprofessional!While installing the camera, no information was given regarding the sd card insertion. Now instead of guiding us as to how to insert the sd card, they are asking us to pay the visiting charges for the same. I would advise everyone not to buy from this shop. Instead find another place where the transparency issue doesn't arise. The price of memory card which was quoted by the owner of this shop was way too much. I would suggest everyone to double check the price he is quoting. And since I bought the memory card online which was the only option left for me, he is asking for Rs 400 just to get thememory card fit into the camera. Atleast admit the mistake and get back to me, you won't get small just by accepting the mistake and keeping transparency. Just remember one thing, Don't get arrogant. Big businnes like 'Big Bazaar' have gone bankrupt due to the e-commerce boom and the arrogancy. If big businesses with Turnover of 1000 crore can go down within a few months, you are just a small fry in the market. So I advise you t be humble and transparent. It takes just a matter of time for life to turn upside down. Thanks.
