★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i'm a customer of RNG furnitures( A V enterprises Jaipur), i had purchased a blue sofa set one three seater and one two seater from a v enterprises on january, they delivered the sofa through primex global express jaipur , the sofa was delivered to me on twelfth of february this year2021 , it was delivered damaged , i received the delivery through your partner concern in chennai , it was delivered at my house , my manager received it and he noticed the damage and called me and sent me the pics , i contacted Mr.Saksham of a v enterprises immediately via whattsapp and shared the details with him , my manager had remarked on the POD receipt that we received damaged goods , i had asked a v enterprises to return the sofa immediately as it was damaged severely and refund the money or replace the sofa , i have attached the POD along . it has been more than a month now, i have been made to suffer untold mental agony and my peace of mind has been severely affected due to the damaged sofa , and also because no remedy has been taken to set right the fault caused by delivery of damaged goods. on top of that they are asking me to pay for the repair. this is a clear case of cheating me of my rightful claim as a customer for relief of damaged goods received. u will hear more about this from me.
