★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Third class and pathetic service.... there executives are not at all trained....they mostly don't know about many things.... they are not from Hindustan Unilever....they are a private company....I had to make hundred calls to get things done..... even the Spare parts they use and other parts of the water purifier...are not an original product of Hindustan Unilever...they are all Chinese...I will not at all recommend it

They pretend to be from eureka forbes,while eureka forbes has not outsourced their services to anyone. They have gathered customer data from somewhere and are now dupping the customers. Totally fraud and illegal
