★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Account department is not good , behaviour is too rude , if u give advance and some refund is remaining by hospital , they not pay at the time of discharge of patient , Making asuse saying refund made by cheque if u pay by UPI , account department open tomorrow if discharge after 8 p.m and said u can collect tomorrow. But they don't give tomorrow to by saying authorised person is not available to make a cheque, u come tomorrow ! Whole payment give by the one person bank account , but refund cheque make on behalf of patient name , i don't understand why this type of service give by hospital. It should be in easy process and user-friendly.
