★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think you don’t respect your client feedback and you don’t want to improve your service. Your cheats people and you want to grow your business in this way.
-First off all the design you had shared with me don’t mach with decoration done at the event.
-The count of balloon are not even half of which you told me in your suggested package. Ribbons are missing in all bunches of balloon.
-If you want I can share the call detail logs, that show I started calling you form 8 pm. WhatsApp chat and decoration video that shows decoration is differ then the package you shown to me.
After all you had spoiled my event.
You have refunded partial amount which I paid to you. If you can’t do what promised then simply tell it, So that it can be done by any other organiser. That events was special for me which can’t justify by your refund.
It was my mistake that I had trusted on your service and paid you without verifying the decoration.
I am not able to find option to reply on your last comment thats why I am posting a new review.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place to get your party arranged.. kids enjoyed the tattoo work and magic a lot. Even though all the roads were blocked on my son's birthday due to kisan movement but robin make sure that his staff was there and performed each and every thing that too on time

I didn't have to see them for once , and they arranged all things just perfectly and too in budget.
Decoration was done awesome, game coordinator was good, other game activist were also well supportive.
Great Work Done !! Keep it Up !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My son had clear specifications for his birthday theme and I wanted someone to manage the set up exactly. I approached Robin and he mentioned that he has not done the theme we were asking for, however will manage. I loved his work which is why we booked him. To our surprise , the setup was amazing. My son loved it. The decor was neat and precise. Rahul the one who managed the setup was very understanding and good in laying out the setup. The best part was the magic show by Vikas and the games coordinator(sorry forgot his name). The birthday turned out to be fun and beautiful.
