And refused to charge for being a minor problem. Important thing is this motor's warranty expired a long time ago. Thank you Robokits. Special thanks to Suraj Chauhan for your valuable support..

Recently bought a BLDC planetry geared motor and Drive, with which i had an issue configuring the same, prompt customer care support was provided over mail. I received great support from Mr. Suraj Chauhan with details required to bring up the drive and cleared all the configuration related queries enabling me to use the motor and drive.

Have bought several items for my final project from here, and have bought for my friends too! Do recommend buying here instead of other general e-commerce websites like Amazon whenever possible!
Have had an issue when FEDEX wrapped up its operations in India, and the customer service were responsible enough to notify us of the situation, and follow up on my options. Then I placed another order by DTDC, which reached me in a few days. And later sent back the FEDEX package after it came after another week after the second order, almost 3 weeks after since I ordered it. The customer service followed up on the refund promptly.
For all of my conversations to the Robokits Support email and a phone call once, a Mr. Deepak Shah took to respond to me every time. He's real patient and consumer friendly!
