β β β β β This is a awesome project by Rohan close to nature and good connectivity to express highway . At the same time real fresh air and connectivity to Pune city and tourists spots and Lona Wala. Also drive to Mumbai and return is feasible. project is sweet and simple and lavish feeling .

β β β β β Nice project but sales team sucks. They show no interest in selling or entertain customer. Not sure why such arrogant and rude behavior. I showed interest in booking but no response from sales. Even raised the issue to Rohan builders by email but no response! Now dropped the idea to book as afraid of getting even worse after sales services!

β β β β β Nice location. Since there are mostly bungalow or short buildings nearby, the residents here will get good views of the hillside as no further construction will be possible there. It is priced very reasonably. Was attended very nicely by Sales (Chaitanya). He stayed back until we closed the transaction. Good long term investment.
