★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience in this showroom.Last month I had purchased a hero splender bike,but still I m awaiting the number.whenever I call them,they just shows the reasons and explanation.what about the action, no body is serious about it,specially those people are looking the RTO department they are very irresponsible on Thier job, as per my opinion.

Staffs are very good behaviering guy..
Number Of available bikes and scooters are large.
First buying experience was nice..but don't know how will be it maintained at further servicing.
Mostly aurobinda sir is very friendly and adisory type...
Helmet section is not better in comp. To the showroom..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier Hero Honda....Now Hero.....It is one of the oldest and trusted authorised dealer of Bhubaneswar. Staffs and all support members are well behaved. Even it provides servicing for all the Hero -Honda motor vehicles that were bought earlier when Hero and Honda were together.The facilities till new bike handover are hastle free, fast and furious.
The negative side of the showroom is that they don't have a covered place to accommodate all the new bikes that are to be sold rather they are parked in open and are exposed to heat and rain whatever the weather is till they are sold.In addition to this the servicing is not up to the mark and they don't have proper order to manage the customers who come for servicing.Rather customers prefer other service centres over this for their convenience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At 1st said d processing would be nearly 5-7 minutes. Now Sittin beside d worker available for insurance renewal... Even cashless deposit machine damaged.... After getting cash from ATM now d processing according to dem itmay take nearly 40-60 min... Disgusting... Never wanted to deal with any kind of service with Rohan Motors... Forgot to mention #worst_service...

It's one year for me with Hero. I bought Glamour 2018 new edition. Nothing much bad experience with showroom until now but with the company Hero. The new Glamour indicator lights flop design, it's too long on either side, got hit easily and detached. No temporary fixation is there. As per a service centre permanent fix would replacing it with new set of other vehicle. Not good for such a minor issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The path to showroom & service centre is different. Don't go by the elegant look of the showroom because u will get a shock after checking the service area. It is a small area with narrow pathway with no signage. Only identification is a security person sitting on a desk beside the road.
My first service experience of my Hero duet scooter was horrible. The essential parts of the model is not available & I was suggested to get the parts from any outside store. Also the servicing - fitting of nut & bolts is substandard. I hope #heromotocorp takes notice & improve this particular authorized centre.
