Just in the middle of the best & the most livable city in the country. The flats are ranging from 1.2 crore to 2.2 crore. wherein the society is still under construction. I had been here as one of my relatives stay here. Everything seems to be cool here as per the proposed scheme of the swimming pool & other playing facilities if done as proposed.
Overall a great location & Great society with great facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have a flat here and staying since past 18 months now. Pros: 1) The layout of the flats is good. 2) The neighbors and people staying in society are good.
Cons: 1) Water mismanagement. At least once a week there is no water in the flush or in the main lines. Even if there is no water supply in Pune city for a day, the entire society has to rely on tankers. 2) Quality of fittings for sliding windows and doors. Very bad quality and flimsy. 3) During rains there is water clogging in the basement and the club house.

nice place to live in ... peaceful ... but little bit expensive ... view is also nice ... little bit noisy because of ongoing work ... if you are coming for inquiries then the sales executive are good and provide information properly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to live.Good neibours and very peaceful society having 384 units but good thing is that you are not facing any high rise building shortfalls.Total 11 buildings with 2 parking ground plus 6 floors.Plenty of water,swimming pool,water bodies,fountains and greenery everywhere.
Amenities like Badminton hall,Pool,short club house,Squash court,open gym,gym,Stp plant,solar common lighting,children play area,guest house etc are beautiful and maintained well. Overall secured society with good people.A huge entrance lobby at grand entrance is very much attracting every trace passer on the road.It easily acomodates 500 plus people.
Water quality is good, Air circulation and light is excellent. Right on main Sinhgad road near Japanese garden and Mughal garden. Adress is so easy to find for anyone.Everything is nearby including auto rikshaw and citybus. its a new landmark on Sinhgad Road. Its a nabour,s envy owners pride kind of housing society.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happened to visit a colleague's apartment in this society. Traveled in a car with another colleague. After standard security protocol checks parked inside protected guest parking. The ambience downstairs is pretty neat and well maintained. The building lobby did give an impression of premium look as we entered elevator. The corridor of the floor we entered fortified the impression further. Each apartment has camera based calling. Once we entered the destined apartment we were pretty impressed with the space and interior. Of course, the interiors are always done as per the likings of the owner. But a living space of more than 2000 sq. ft. well structured allows more options of aligning as you want. A huge terrace added to the glamour of the apartment. Ample free space in between buildings with a large swimming pool and children's play area added to the premium look. Overall, I think the society's look does announce its builder's name.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ great society.. follows all the rules also everyone gets there own space & privacy.. ppl are very nice .. many ladies have start there home based business .. also the flats are based is a way that everyone can enjoy there own space.. there's also a makeup artist they have there own Studio .. great society with various facilities
