★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The aarti in the evening is an experience. The whole Ghat is pretty well maintained. Would recommend everyone coming to Palitana tirth to spare some time in the evening and attend the Aarti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a place around 11kms from palitana. You can reach with your own or hired vehicle. Alternative is to hire a rickshaw for to and fro journey from palitana. Takes around 20 mins to reach. Absolutely wonderful and picturesque place . Should attend the evening Aarti along with river front aarti. Overall a good pious experience ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shatrunjay River front developed & maintain superbly. Around 6 pm Sandya aarti started & completed around 7:15 pm . 3 aarti are performed - 1st In Derasar, 2nd in front of Shatrunjay & 3rd in front of Shatrunjay River. Chovihar facility also available, but you have to call & confirm it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rohishala is a new jain temple by the banks of the Shatrunjaya River, about 8 kms south of Palitana. It has gained prominence for the aarti performed in the evening. Inspired by evening Aarti at holy river Ganga, River Shatrunjaya is utter most holy for Jain Community. Worshipping this river and paying tribute to this holy water was ultimate intention in developing this pilgirmage. Its is said that River Shatrunjaya is also well-known among Jain Community for ash-immersion rituals, post-cremation rituals and ‘Pitra Karmakand’ (forefather’s soul-related rites).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rohishala jain Tirth located on back of Shatrunjay River, temple is very good and peaceful, some construction work going on, place has stay and food facilities, tirth is Approx 15 km from palithana must attend evening aarti at 7pm, can spend quality time at River front must visit place

It's mainly famous for Sandhya Aarti at shatrunjay Nadi.
It's completely a different vibe with aarti in front of river, with hundreds of people waving diyas and Aarti played on speakers.
There are specific time for this Aarti.
It usually starts 1/2 before sun sets, so it will be different time for different season.
It's mesmerizing to view sunset from here.

I visited this place in month of January.
Also you can get Photos of the aarti on that day through WhatsApp from the number which is announced on mic. I had got it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shantrunjay River front developed and maintained amazingly. Recently developed place near palitana. Every evening they do aarti on ghat. They performed total 3 aarti 1 is for Girnar 2nd Adinath dada and 3rd Shetrunjay Nadi . They do Chadhva to do aarti total 3 chadhavas (Bid). And everyone gets diya to do aarti for Shetrunjay Nadi. It's must visit place everything is neat and clean there's a facility of food stay and everything. This place for photoholics and nature lover. Must visit place when in Palitana
