Gpay - most of the time it is not working. If it is working then also there is network issue at shop. So even if amount has been debited from your account and your gpay is showing successful payment still they ask to wait because there network is poor or may be using some cheap mobile I don't know, they don't receive message.
Attitude of staff is very arrogent. Especially person on billing desk. They treat customer very very very badly.
