★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally a disasterous experience for me. Donot Go for this store . Very poor quality stuff . They left the work undone and when i approached them to get the same completed and fixed i have just been getting next date.. i have been chasing them for more than 3 weeks now . I am regretting that i have made such a decision . A total waste of money. I am gonna wait for another week for the issues to be resolved otherwise i will take them to consumer court which will cost them a fortune.
A very poor service quality .. 0/10 score for them ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I hv them made my kitchen in 2012..at first they were looking promising..but as days passes by everyday was a hassel..they didnt pick our calls and then they start putting blame on workers and and vise a versa..anyhow after taking 4-5 months of time my kitchen was somehow completed ..NOW in 2019 in september i called them to replace a carousel shutter as the wodden door was started to rot.. After almost a month in oct. Pankaj sent his worker to take measurements and PROMISED us to fix this befor DIWALI..so diwali has gone and he hasnt fix our gate.. Meanwhile we as usual called he most of the tine didnt pick our call..Everytime a new EXCUSE..now his worker has got fever and he is always out of town.. And till date today is Nov 27. My carousel door hasnt fix yet. This is how pathetic their service..and he always ready to steal your money in the name of advance..and when they got it they dont care..pankaj and rohit bhasin are Frauds. DONT TAKE THEIR PATHETIC SERIVCES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Writing this review after 4 months of taking service from Rolex Kitchen (Rohit Bhasin & Pankaj). It’s an everyday hassle now to face misaligned drawers. State is so bad that If I open one drawer rest 3 in line open automatically. Very bad experience for my kitchen and wardrobes. Wardrobe border has already came out of wall. Work done is of such a poor quality that in very first glance one can see all the faulty points. All kitchen drawers are misaligned. Kitchen work was done after multiple follow ups in 1 month and that too left undone with issues.They are masters in making false promises. My wardrobes are not done and Rohit left the work in between.
Do not go with their services as one will only get extra burden of following up, verifying poor quality work and just disappointment.
Anyone visiting my home notices bad condition of kitchen and wardrobes and this tears my heart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They promised a lot while selling but afterwards everything is a surprise.
I purchased a Kitchen from Rolex Kitchen a few time back, while negotiating the gentleman told that the Hardwares being used are best in the industry and it has life long guarantee , the ply wood being used will not twist or warp , the pasting of Lamination and tape will last longer due to Adhesive being used by them. He further added that minor repairs and adjustments for 10 years will be taken care free by them.
Now first to get the call answered itself is a tedious process then follow up for the labor. After all such things you will be asked to pay visiting charges and additional charges for Hardwares.
At the time of purchase you were assured that you are getting a care free deal at least for 10 years, but later on it happen like.......
