I had Kaati roll from 'Rolls on Wheels' before from their marathalli outlet and that time I loved it.
Actually I went to Westside, Sarjapura Road and felt very hungry and found this Kitchens@ business centre just beside Westside and Brnad factory. There are almost 20 takeaway outlets here where can have varieties of dishes like South Indian, North India, Chinese, Pizza, Tea shop etc.
I was very hungry so decided to have chicken roll from Rolls on Wheels. As it's a tried and tested outlet so I ordered two tawa fried chicken rolls for me and my brother. Price was Rs. 159 each.
I expected to have a nice hot roll but to my surprise they gave two rolls those were at almost room temperature. Also I saw they took out few cooked frozen chicken pieces from freezer and put those on the tawa. They didn't even heat up the pieces properly so it ended up cold in inner side and worm at outer side.
The roll(kinda paratha) was also hard adn tatse was pathetic.
Not sure if this outlet is bad or this quality degrade is due to covid impact.
I was disappointed, very bad experience in "Rolls on Wheels".
