★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my whole medical history life I m not seen this kind of hospital anywhere it's all totally waste of money the staff of this hospital are junk fellow they dnt have even small knowledge about medical or any other stuff. Coming to the test laboratory west of money.. Overall experience of this hospital is very very bad....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faltu . Doctor isn't helpful at all. He will just tell you to lose weight but won't realise that your medical condition is preventing you from losing weight . Waste of money if you want to waste money go there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all I would have rated negative for this facility. The worst facility I had ever been to.
I visited this place dated 29th Jun 2021 at 11:00 hrs due to an emergency for my granny. She was suffering from severe leg pain which was unbearable for her, regardless of that they made us wait for long 45 minutes just for an xray.
Secondly, hospitality word comes from hospital due to the take care of the patient and due to your coordination.
The admin guy told the ward boy to make us first on the list due to emergency and left, but no proper coordination between the staff members, and least bothered about the after results.
Even at 15:00 hrs I went to collect my report, again the same thing reception team asked me to collect report from the other place and they again asked me to collect the same from reception, and staff members are busy talking with each other rather than finishing up their urgent job.
It would be my humble request to each and everyone who are reading my comments, do not visit this place if you love your own people for whom you care because they won't.
Completely unprofessional people and unsatisfactory services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience .I suggest everbody not to to visit for pathilogical test .They could not provide the blood report timely and even they are not informing the reason for delaying,rather they tell lies.My wifes blood report of ENA was to deliver on 3rd Dec2021,but they were unable to provide the report timely .When I contacted and visited ,they are telling that since it is a special report and the repoort will be rechecked and will take another 2 /3 days.Then I contacted with my doctor and doctor told me that asked them to provide the present report whatever it is and the final report will be provided later on after recheck.Then I told them the same then they told me that they are unable to do this.Already 8 days passed but they are unable to provide the report and ultimately they refund the money.So now you may face the same thing so please be cautious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done my mother usg & scan whole abdomen. Both are wrong. Take second doctor opinion he suggested again usg & scan report comes out totally different.so we are trying to give proper treatment to our parents they have taken lots of money but report not correct.the patient and family will suffer.is possible for any one to done twice report.the floor manager Mr Debdoot not agree with me for their wrong report.
