Parking tower, amenities on terrace area
Cons: capacity of flats vs car parking are low, no option to park visitor vehicle,
No open space at the entrance of building, one standalone building.
Approach road is too Narrow, cars are already parked on the roads
No auto availability at entrance you have to walk all the way to shantivan
Prices are way to high compared to other projects
