★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This building is located at best location where everything is nearby be it market, restaurant , mall then traveling wise its near highway , goregaon railway station and upcoming metro station , w.r.t to flat it has huge kitchen in 3bhk , bed room size is above average , descent sun light in all rooms , 4 lifts . Building service staff is humble and helpful , tight security for outsiders .
Downside - no fire alarm in flats & comman chajja for 2bhk & 3bhk flat , poorly thought car allotment in basement, cars are parked at turning intersection which makes driving is difficult in tight space.
