★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To back what the other review is saying... I gave these people a call on the first day they said they will send someone and then asked for my address. Yes it did slip my mind as both my kids were adjusting to Kolkata weather and were quite ill. The next day j saw the persons SMS and replied by sending my address. After which I followed up calling the person and asking him to find someone as it was urgent that i get some help. He did not inform me at that time that the had given the lady assigned to me a different job neither did he tell me that he can't find anyone. In the days that followed I called him only from the phone no. that I thought he would recognize so that he could receive the call. I spent five days calling him without any response and then when he finally answered the phone he tells me that the person I had got his contact from has posted a review on Google and that he saw the review and stopped searching for someone for me. He also said that he will only search for someone for me if I remove the review from Google. After five days of calling him and trying to get some response when he finally answers this is the response he has to give. I was unaware of any review and all this person had to do was answer the phone and either tell me that there is no one or that he cannot provide a service for me. Amazing how some people do not understand thenemaning of urgent help required. He is running an agency and can't understand how time gets away from you while taking care of babies especially when they are ill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The centre provided me babysitter service during pandemic period with clean and hygienic, they offered help. Though I had to pay little higher than previous rate, but at least they responded well and the service and people are trusted and keep their words. Overall good experience.
