★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there in AC Deluxe Room.The staff was warm & welcoming.
The Hosekeeping boy Rohit was great. He implused within 2 mins everytime I called him for order.The location is in the famous jagat place market...full of life...You may get anything there at anytime.Overall nice experience. ..curtains should be of better qualities...little privacy issue because market is just in side ways of your rooms.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. There is no parking space, the rooms stink, the towels are used and damp, the bed linen is not clean, even the WiFi runs utterly slow. There is no facility of providing the guests with morning kit, even the soap and the shampoo which are given are of the cheapest order. There is no packaged water available. The staff is rude and non-cordial in their approach. At a price of more than a *****for a room without breakfast, this is the worst experience one can have in hotel stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location is excellent. But service of staff is average. They do not take hospitality seriously. Wifi was not given though it is included in the rates. They had to be given 3 reminders one morning for tea. So improvement and treatment of guests should be focused on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was Renewable Energy India Expo 2019 which made me book the hotel.They charged me for Deluxe room with breakfast, and the room was not at all worth of the price they took. Due to Expo they have charged 3 times the price money. There is no kitchen so they provide you food from outside.
The very basic thing like the TV remote was not available, everytime I switched off the TV, I have to call the room service to again on the TV.There was no kettle for tea coffee in the room.
In short if you are assuming to enter a hotel, u will get a lodge.
Very pathetic experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I Stayed in this hotel for two days.Their service is good. Hotel looks bit old, if they neatly paint outside and put a bit bigger board, it will be easy to find. It took me some time to locate the even though i was just in front of the hotel. Bathrooms needs a repair.
Their service and food is good.
I recommend this hotel if you are not spending too much time in the hotel. Value for the money paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is bang in middle of a bustling street. Food is no issues as you have numerous restaurants to choose from nearby. It is also right next to the highway so conveyance is easy. Room was clean, spacious. Beds were comfortable and washroom of decent size. Will stay again if an opportunity arises. Highly recommended for people looking for a comfortable and affordable stay for a stopover.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are well maintained. AC , non-AC rooms are available. Room rent is very reasonable. They offer catering services but the prices are too hyped. Place is not easily identifiable from the main road. Good shopping lane just outside the hotel. Nice receptionist. Free wifi available. Cleaning service is good. TV is available. A small balcony is there in some rooms. Overall except for the hyped food price rest all are good
