β β β β β I am one of the tenants and honestly I love their service so much. There facilities is on-point and the employees are really good (always up for help genuinely). 24Γ7 water supply and electricity...Neat and clean ?

These people increase the price with their own mind and keep different prices for different people.
Taking outside room can be costly and dangerous

β β β β β Worst room service. They have a single cleaning staff for their entire branch. They post beautiful images of room but in real they provide just the opposite.
They are fraudsters, so never book any room or flat through roomlelo.

β’ Security Deposit Return: WORST!
It was a pleasant stay overall, but, lack of Administrative Attention!! I have been trying to reach out to the Owner & the RoomLelo Team from almost a month regarding the Security Money of βΉ3500/- (idk how they will break it down). No one's responding from either side; I have sent multiple EMails to the team of RoomLelo & Texts to the Property Owner, but was handed with nothing. ?

β β β β β Services are more or less ok but they did not return your security deposit until you call and mail them again and again and they take time nearly 25 to 30 days to return the security deposit, if you punch them by your email and calls.
And one thing more they get you to sign a bond with then for two months otherwise they shall not refund your security deposit but I have seen that some customer who already talk with them regarding this ,that, they shall rent the room for only a month and they does not give them security deposit also.
So, it is up to you, how you make a deal with the room lelo .
