★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a very good experience with this Salon. I have been going to this salon for a long time. The ladies are professional and very friendly. And no matter how many quirky suggestions and questions I have they always consider it and try to give me the services as best they can. The services are also economical to other salons. Keep it up people you guys are great!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had taken my mom there. The beautician had kept the steamer on and went out to tend to another customer. After a while the steam started making noises and throwing boiling hot water. Sensing this my mom got up, but by the time she got up the hot steam and water had already hit her arm. I called the beautician, she apologized but repeated that it had never happened before. She got some cream and ice but tried to play down the incident with her casual behavior. She said that we should've called her when the machine made noise, but one of her assistants kept frequenting the room when the steamer started to make noise but didn't pay any heed. Last year too her assistant had used very hot wax on my skin causing my skin to peel a little. But now my mom has big and painful wound on her arm. I called her after taking my mom to the doc she answered but didn't seem concerned at all. I do not recommend it at all because of their negligence and carelessness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Being a working women you hardly get parlour's open on Sunday's, frankly that was the only reason I thought to try services of this parlour. When I met owner Mrs. Reena, I was welcomed with a lovely smile & found her friendly, gradually after few visits I understood she is one who had knowledge of all skin types and was confident to suggest which cream or products can suit or can't go well. From 2009 to till date I have never been to any other parlour. I m very happy and satisfied with services here. Thank you so much Reena for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I once booked an appointment for hair spa and reached exactly at the said time. One of the attendants didn't even take me inside. She said she was alone and she had two customers there already. That was totally unprofessional. She asked me to come back after one hour as if I didn't have a life! And it wasn't even as if I didn't have an appointment before. And the assistant was very casual about it as if I made a mistake getting an appointment. During times of pandemic where people have lost their jobs, I thought these people would value customers coming to their door. But it seems otherwise.
My neighbor "Shraddha" had an incident (you can find her review here) she had warned me against going there. Her mom had an incident where her arm was burnt. I wouldn't recommend this parlor to anyone. This was a recent incident that happened to me. So, be careful. I wouldn't even give them a one star.
