★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a decent collection of bridal and non bridal lehenga..and also bought one for myself but I found the entire staff very rude..they just don't listen and throw their logics in a very harsh tone ..I felt like they did a favor by selling me the lehenga...in all a bad customer experience ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wish we could have read the reviews before buying the lehenga here. We didn't know how bad a shop owner can behave. After so many calls they finally gave us lehenga but not what was promised. The dupatta was not matching with lehenga, the blouse wasn designed properly as it was asked. And at the end moment when we don't have enough time to look for other shops to fix whatever was improper they are just denying everything and making excuses. It was very frustrating experience. Please beware of such shop owners.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please be very cautious before buying anything from this store. I have had a very bad experience. I bought two lehengas from this store and it was not designed according to my details. They even charged me 3k extra for the dupatta. The reference items they display you while buying and the actual product you get will be completely different. They also charged me another 3k for adding some extensions to the blouse which was again their mistake. The owner is so rude, doesn't listen to anyone, keeps on bragging about his property and at some point of time insult you as well. I am never going to suggest anyone to buy anything from this store.
And please don't misguide people with "Roop Saree Creations". This review is for your store only which is "Roop Shree Creations". I have attached a copy of bill also for your reference.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't value customers and treat badly, don't even has sense how to talk to customers , its a lootofy shop, if for a 20000 rs item you want to spend 40000 ,then go .
I visited this shop and selected a bridal Lengha , final price was shared with me, after 2 days i went to buy the same bridal lengh a they were asking 7 thousand extra, upon requesting that the piece was two days back was finalized in this amount ,they talked rudely with my brother and said its like a share mkt, price increase , worst experience , will never recommend this to any one.

Very bad experience they are big cheaters in Chandni chawk. before one week we purchased one lehenga from them. at the time of purchasing they have showed the sample to us. which we tried and we decided to purchase.
when we came yesterday to take our lehenga back they have given us old sampled one lehenga which they showed us at the time purchase while taking the lehenga we told them to show us but they refused.
we told them bride cant wear old lehenga but when we reached home and check the lehenga it was old one and can is also very bad quality.....staff behavior was too bad specially that SHOP OWNER is very rude he don't have manner how to talk with customers.
PAAP LGEGA AUNCLE G BRIDE KO OLD LEHNGA DIA HAI APNE...
