β β β β β Good place for eye surgery. Dr. Roop's charges βΉ600 for consultation while other doctor charges βΉ300.
For simple eyes test: please go in the morning as doctors are mostly busy in surgery in afternoon.

β β β β β Cylindrical lens is given by them instead of spherical lens. I cross checked with them and they didn't listen to my problem. About 20 days have passed and still my vision is blur and headache is persistent. Feel like I was just a customer for them. No value given to my problem. Not at all satisfied.

β β β β β The hospital is very good and even better is a doctor here. I have checked my eyes several times here. The behavior of doctors and staff is very good. checkup very well. I have done this with my eye laser operation. Which is absolutely successful. There is no regret after spending money here. Here's a pleasure to treat. What is the patient's side?

β β β β β Optical staff is quite untrained. They usually give you wrong eye sight number so that the number increases fast and chances of eye surgery increase.
Mr. Vivekanand Jha gave me wrong eye sight number after cataract surgery due to which I am suffering a lot. When I did complaint to him he smartly proved me wrong. He and his fellow employee Sunil does not know anything. It is surprising that Dr. Roop employed them. Worst experience.

β β β β β Here's our experience with the Roop Netralalya:
My mother had a cataract of more than 2 years old. She's diabetic and has BP as well.
She was next to blind and doctors in Hyderabad had said it would be difficult to get her clear vision back due to damaged nerves.
We managed to bring her sugar level down after a lot of effort. Once controlled, you can directly take an appointment for the next day in Roop netralaya and within 3-4 hours, everything including operation will be done.
Experience after surgery:
Her right eye got the vision so quickly, and, in fact, the same day she saw my face after a long time.
We got her left eye operated on after 18 days. She had severe pain in her eye on the first day, but it's common.
After 1 month of both eye's operation, she'll get her final vision check-up and can start using normal specs.
Their management is amazing. No confusions. Cooperative staff. They take precautions for covid 19.
During the whole procedure, our POC was Dr. Seema Jain. She is a kind lady and helped us timely. I would like to thank the amazing staff and doctors. :)
Ps- I am so happy my mother can see the whole new world again :) Thanks for your wonderful service!
