★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We happened to make some purchase. Must accept that the collection is really very good. The main usp i feel is worthyness of the collection. We happened to ask for alteration and that’s where we went wrong. We were promised a date and then on going to the store on the given date, there was no work done on our selected item. We made them do it for we had to further time in hand. Believe me, never ever ever ever go for an alteration in their shop. We missed on all our plans and had to cancel reservation back home. The staff is least bothered about the commitments and works as a typical sales shop. 5 stars for collection and -3 stars for our horrible experience. Hence, 2 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A few days back I happened to give one of my wedding lehengas for repairing in this store (which I had bought from here). At the time of giving it we were told everything good and how well they will do it. But today when my mother went to collect it they failed us.
Like the shade doesn't match with what we were told, the staff goes to the extent of talking in a very harsh tone.
This happened when I am sitting here 1000 KMS away and my mother is dealing with their rude staff. I know this all because I spoke to them too.
I wish people could understand the importance of service too along with sales. Surely never coming back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever!!! I went here to buy a bridal lehenga for my wedding, it was a 45k Lehenga and they completely ruined it! They don't know how to stitch a bridal lehenga and made me try it for 7 to 8 times and still they couldn't fit it properly! After wasting 5 hours they said sorry our tailor doesn't know how to make this! That was their response! Employees are very lazy and tailor is completely useless! Wasted my time and energy..please don't waste your time by going to this shop!
