★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's by far the best shop in Mira Road for all you ethnic needs. It's 1 floored, with bottom for sarees and 1st for dresses. Their range starts from 1k till you choose. By far I've had an amazing experience shopping there. Thought they do not give discounts on any product.

When i first entered i chose around 6 sarees and during billing realised all the sarees are damaged .. thank god i opened and saw and realised that it was damaged , if not i would hv purchased all damaged stuff.. almost wasted 2 hrs in selection and all.. then later asked him to show another stuff in my range and he hardly showed options .. eventually i chose
I purchased 6 sarees in a go billing approx 10 k .. ideally all shops do the fall biding complimentary when sarees are purchased .. i was denied and was told it will be done for sarees costing more than 2 k .. this was not fair as i had shopped for bulk sarees.. then the next day i went to return one of the sarees and take another in exchange .. the sales person was not at all happy to show stuff in exchange and convinced to keep the old one instead .. he wasted 1 hr of my time... i had hardly any options to chose so selected some random saree and paid on top as difference.. i then asked him that this saree is worth 2k would u do the fall bidding .. he denied completely .. then i shouted and told this is not the way to treat customers.. awful experience i must say.. after all the arguments he finally decided to do the fall bidding and send it home.. got it in a very good packing and stuff ... had it not been nice on their part to give that service initially why was it after the customer was irate.. i would not recommend this shop to any one and never even visit it again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was February this year when we were shopping for our wedding and thankfully COVID-19 restrictions were a bit relaxed around that time in Maharashtra. Having said that, it was indeed a stressful task to figure out where to shop from, whether it’s safe and allowed to try clothes on— we had numerous doubts and confusion.
After visiting multiple stores from different parts of Mumbai, my sister suggested us to check out Roopali Sarees in Mira Road (she has been a regular customer for almost a decade now).
The store has mind-blowing collection of lehengas and I must mention the amazing staff, they were diligently showing us multiple options to pick from. It was indeed a tough task picking one among so many that struck my eyes.
After I had managed to shortlist two out of several options, the staff suggested why don’t I try the shortlisted ones once again and maybe I will have a better perspective to decide on the ‘one’. So when I wore the red on, my fiancé whooped with joy and said, “The red one, please!” The staff too said so and that’s it!
The beauty of this bridal ensemble are the carefully crafted intricate roses on the delicate fabric of this lehenga and I think that’s what made it stand taller among the rest. Thank you again the great staff of Roopali Sarees for making our big day so special.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ During my son's marriage we have been to Roopali sarees they have good collections of Saree we have purchased entire Sarees shopping with them we were thinking to go to Andheri or Dadar but someone told us about this outlet so we have saved our times and price wise also very reasonable

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The quality of clothes were good , but the service provided by the tailor was worst. He was very unprofessional and didn't work according to the work given to him , even though we paid the money in advance. After visiting several times , my problem was resolved, but I was frustrated with the whole situation. Overall very bad experience. Will advise u to not get your cloth altered there.
