★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jotting down a few lines from my experience at the Roopark Village Resort.
1.The road leading to the resort is full of mud and pot holes. Driving down to the resort is painful.
2.The rooms are dark and filthy.
3.The drainage in wash rooms is clogged.
4.Power cut is frequent.
5.The food quality is also not up to the mark.

Bird Watching, Jungle Hiking, Hill Trekking, Water Sports, Rock Climbing, Camp Craft, Self Cooking, Camp Fire, Audio Visual Show, Nature Study, Star Watch, Obstacle Games and others.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roopark-more worth of time and price as Its a complete zone for for Deep meditation and wellness with most unprofessional attachments as its heart touching . I found still not utilized and inexperience their most by the local crowd.most customized delicacy appreciating. "Exceptional treatment"
I really wondering when I went to book my package to their office some others also was their was trying to make more cheaper and the sales desk persons were like helpless to furnish that the package price are actually on 40% discount round the year but after my self experience package may be 80% off what actually should be.
Something they gave what we never buy....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place, warm hospitality & delicious food . I like the place very much.. But certain things should have been better. There should be accommodation for driver & proper direction of the place. We face much difficulty during last part of our journey. Google maps did not show right directions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was travelling from Bhubaneswar to kolkata, was tired and looking for a halt. Searching in google got Roopark village contact no. and called them. Mr. Navin was on the other side, he guided us to the property. To reach the property it is a mud road with greenery on both the side. Got a warm welcome by Roopark village team with Tika, Flowers and drum beat.. environment was just like a village. We were guided to a Mud AC cottage, interior was excellent. Walls were hand painted, the Glass and Bottle were of copper and the room was perfumed by a natural thing like Kapur...The whole night the room were Kapur scented.
Food was awesome... were served in Terracotta crockeries. Navin ji guided us and showed the every corner of there property. It is a excellent property with a homely environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were received at the tranquil abode of peace by the staff with madal drum beats. We were offered flowers, cold lassi. Our cottage was a nice and cosy one with AC facility, amidst a lot of greenery. A lawn in front of the cottage. The place was spic and clean. The food was very tasty and top quality. As we were looking for some rest, we admit the night's sleep was very refreshing. Silence in the area soothed our nerves. Excellent place for a couple of days. The Panchlingeshwar hill is a mere 15 min walk. The staff of the village were very helpful throughout our stay. We stayed there for only a day. But we long to go back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to this resort on the 6th Oct and
returned on the 8th. The welcome given was
beyond expectation. The car at the station
was waiting before we disembarked. The mud
cottages with AC was clean with a pleasing
fragrance. The staff, though very few, did
everything to make us feel at home. I have
never seen them without a smile on their
faces. The cook is amazing. Frankly I did not
expect this quality and quantity in a resort in
such a remote tribal belt. The whole package
was truly fascinating, and very good value for
money. I will only request the owners to look
into the plumbing. We stayed in Simul, but the
commode there had a problem. We had to
pour buckets of water to serve our purpose.
Maybe the other cottages are fine. I loved the
primary school like bell with which we would
call the staff. I have no other complaint and I
would encourage my friends to visit this place.
