Tenants have to face lots of problem .No respect are shown to the tenants.Small society of 50 flats where only half is occupied . Maid staying just at the gate of the complex who make life miserable for those who stays at at block B especially for first floor.
Day by day beauty of the complex decreasing. Washroom fittings are horrible (of low quality , which has to be repaired in every 3 months).
Overall not good place to purchase or stay as tenant
