Food was good. Portions are also good enough.
+1 for Ambience..
We found the service slow, could be bcos of the occasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for a quick snack with a friend, did not get a chance to taste much food but whatever we did was very tasty. The Kahwa tea mocktail is a must try. I saw it for the first time, served as a mocktail. The ambiance is awesome and the service is great. The place runs busy on weekends and you will need to wait a little. They do have the valet parking but it's full on weekends so you have to park on the road. Jivan and Amol did a very good job with the service. These guys are so polite and cheerful. Would definitely love to visit again and have a full meal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambience of this restaurant is really good. They serve multi cuisines that includes Indian, Mexican, Italian, American, and so on.
Quality of food is good, however, scope of improvement is still there. Level of spice in Indian cuisine is something that needs their management' attention.
The restaurant has a fully operational in-house bar as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are a number of restaurants and cafes getting added to the food scene in Pune every few weeks. While most of them stick to serving typical North Indian, Chinese, Tandoor (apparently, that's a different category) etc. cuisines, there are some that stand out and provide a different dining experience. Roots 9 Kitchen and Bar is the latter one.
The ambience is kept classy with lots of greenery around outside seating, and a fine dine feel for the inside. They do get crowded on Fridays and weekend nights so a prior booking helps. You can book tables on Zomato - i find it to be a hassle free experience. We started our dinner with Bhatti ka Murg (tandoori chicken). This comes as a four piece platter (half a chicken) with tangy red chutney, a mint chutney and pickled onions rings. The taste of this tandoori chicken was great! Subtle smoky flavour, right amount of spice and pairs nicely with the sides. Next we tried Machhi ke Sholay (fish topped with a spicy mixture and cooked in tandoor). This was a tasty choice as well. Fish was a tad spicier and was served with the same green and red chutneys as the chicken. Th Mediterranean Salad, our next dish, was a slight disappointment. It could have been a refreshing watermelon and feta cheese salad, but it was an unnecessary medley of red, yellow and green bell peppers, olives and lettuce.
Our main course, the Murg Wazwan, was the highlight of our dinner. Succulent pieces of chicken cooked in fiery red kashmiri chilli gravy, served with steamed white rice.. oh what a pleasure! Highly recommended for non vegetarians.
There was, understandably, no room for dessert after such a delightful meal. This restaurant is good combination of above average food and great service. I can't wait to visit again and sample more of their menu!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to give 5 stars for the ambiance We came here for my birthday celebration, It was a wonderful place for families mostly, they have kept sofas and at first I thought they must be getting dirty as they were kept outdoor but when I checked and found that they kee it clean and tidy and are cleaned on regular basis, going forward to the menu , they have a heavy menu on their cards, we ordered Kashmiri food and drinks , but I will give 3 star to the food quality, otherwise the service was up to the mark. also due to Plans they have a mosquito issue if you grab a corner seat l.

The covid19 protocols are followed in the best possible way so a thumps up for it.
