★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was a regular customer for this place this year, due to the services provided by caring staff and the discounts offered. But on 8th of this month , as I went for a regular visit, the staff was callous and the lady waxing, didn't even care, that I was complaining of pain. The attitude is completely changed, when the number of services required by the client are less in number as compared to previous visits.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad treatment to customers, went there for hair cut, at reception it was informed to wait 5 minutes and later those five minutes changed to 30 minutes and no body came to inform. Later when enquired it was informed that staff is busy.
Waited another ten minutes and then came out of the salon without haircut.
Pathetic service!! Shameless staff!! Will never recommend it to anyone.

Had got make up done by their super talented Make up artist Kashika and simply loved the look she created.
Would highly recommend roots salon.

The hairstylists seem to be very experienced and help out in understanding what exactly suits your hair.
Place is neat and tidy, staff is well trained.
Highly recommended!!
